Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country. ImCakey is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
To start a return, email us at returns@imcakey.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Exchanges: We offer free size exchanges within 30 days. Simply indicate your preferred new size when contacting support.
Please note
- • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- • Accessories (keychains, pins, stickers) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
